Minimum prescribed educational qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University or equivalent;

Desirable Qualification/ experience, if any

A chemical engineer with a strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering and transport phenomena. The candidate should have experience in one of the following research areas: continuous flow synthesis and reactor design, and expertise in developing and optimizing chemical processes. Hands-on experience in process development and scale-up is essential, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience gained in academia or industry.

Job requirement

The candidate will work on developing continuous synthesis protocols based on laboratory-scale data. Responsibilities include translating lab-scale findings into scalable processes,

conducting reaction kinetics and transport studies, and ensuring efficient scale-up from bench to pilot scale. The candidate needs to work on optimizing process parameters to achieve the required conversion/product with continuous processes.
