Achievement: Mr. Arshad Hussain Awarded Best Poster at 7th Annual Students' Conference 2025

CSIR-NCL, Pune: We are pleased to announce that Mr. Arshad Hussain, a Senior Research Fellow in the Chemical Engineering & Process Development, received the Best Poster Award in the Process Development, Synthesis and Methodology session at the 7th Annual Students' Conference.

In a this poster presentation, Mr. Arshad Hussain highlighted advancements in the continuous mechanochemical nitration of solid aromatics. This innovative work demonstrates a solvent-free process that transforms a traditionally hours-long reaction into a matter of minutes, offering a greener, more cost-effective solution with reduced environmental impact.
